This grantmaker funds, "projects that are led by and benefit women and girls" and that "do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, age or ability."
Specifically they're interested in funding projects which:
" * Are designed and implemented by women and girls;
* Reflect the diversity of the community served by the project in both its leadership and organization;
* Promote building community power;
* Promote racial, social, economic and environmental justice;
* Have limited financial access or have encountered obstacles in their search for funding."
Grants do not exceed $2,000.
Organizational budget should not exceed $150,000.
