The ASPCA Equine Fund is "committed to helping the mares and foals who are victims of the pregnant mares' urine industry," as well as, "activities with excessive risk, inhumane substitutes for real training..., indiscriminate and irresponsible breeding, and the fate of our nation's wild horses and burrows" (ASPCA.org)
Grant Amount: Normally ranges between $500 and $5,000 and will "not exceed 10% of an organization's current operating budget."
Eligibility: Nonprofit equine welfare organizations in the United States. Purpose of organization must be "in alignment with [the ASPCA's] efforts to protect horses."
Grant requests are considered monthly. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
